Hood Pins
The stock hood release mechanism wasn't going to last much longer, so installed a set of
Wild Horses hood pins on my D-90 before it failed me completely. I looked all over for another
(cheaper) source for these poly hood pins, but they seemed to be the only ones. Wild Horses makes
parts and accessories for the early Ford Bronco which my friend is restoring. I like the
poly much better than the steel or aluminum ones.
They look good and fit great! Much better than before, and they can't fail to let me into the
engine bay. I was very happy.
