This rack holds two 5gal Jerry Cans, a High-lift Jack, a Pull-Pal & 35" tire

Latch. No more destroyed tailgates! When closed all the weight rests on the cross member. There is no longer any tailgate attachment. A PullPal is shown here just above the latch. A PullPal mount like this is an option.

BEEF! This is the rack in its weakest state, open. That is a 33" swamper and it's owner on the rack.

Upper hinge can be tied into roll cage. With the hinge braced in this manner, all connections to the tailgate removed and all the weight resting on the cross member, this thing is rock solid!
