"Swampers wear out too fast on road. I have been trying to find
someone with personal experience with Ground Hawgs. They say they wear well
on street and are made for snow and mud... ...everyone except
a few I ran with used their rigs on road. That was the reason for not using
swampers, otherwise I believe we would all have liked to run boggers."

"Put em on if your truck doesn't see asphalt. Put 'em on a second
set of rims for the dirt."
-Pat
"I consider all Swampers extreme. If you go that way be sure to get them in
the radial version (a lot more expensive)"
-Alan Dobbs
"I drove from N. Cal. to Moab and back on the Swamppers. Not Boggers though.
Super Swamper TSL/SX's. Simply awesome tire. At 3-5 PSI they actually
work more like tank tracks by spreading out on the ground. Yeah they
are noisy, but frankly I didn't notice much difference between them and
the BFG Baja Terrains and Mud Terrains I've previously run. Biggest
problem is probably wear. I expect to get about 1/2 the miles out of
them as on the BFG Mud Terrains. Anyway, I don't trailer, and the
Swampers are acceptable. But then I don't use the D90 as a daily driver
either."
